Every coaching session starts with an on-lane assessment to evaluate your current form, release, and ball reaction. From there, Tim will help you fine-tune your approach, discuss lane-play adjustments, and recommend equipment or surface tweaks as needed.​

Coaching a Legacy of Champions

Over his coaching career, Tim Mack has worked with some of the most accomplished and influential bowlers in the modern era. His coaching insight has supported champions such as Jason Belmonte, one of the winningest players in PBA history; Anthony Simonsen, known for redefining versatility at the highest level; and power players like Kyle Troup and Jesper Svensson, both major champions with international impact. Tim has also collaborated with legends including Norm Duke and Pete Weber — icons whose résumés span decades of innovation and victory — as well as major titleholders like Chris Barnes, Dom Barrett, François Lavoie, Wes Malott, Osku Palermaa, Kris Prather, and Stu Williams. Working alongside athletes with such diverse physical styles, release techniques, and competitive mindsets has shaped Tim’s coaching into a uniquely adaptable system. Regardless of a bowler’s background or goals, Tim brings the same championship-caliber perspective, strategic clarity, and technical precision that have supported some of the sport’s biggest names.

Matt Celmins - Coaching for New and Growing Bowlers
If you’re new to bowling or working to build a more consistent foundation, Matt Celmins offers a welcoming, fundamentals-first coaching approach. He’s been active in league play since childhood. He continues to compete regularly in local city and state tournaments, giving him a grounded understanding of what developing bowlers need as they learn the game.
Matt is USBC-certified and is committed to helping bowlers improve through explicit instruction, consistent mechanics, and thoughtful practice habits. As one of the friendly faces at Victory Lane Pro Shops inside Royal Pin Woodland Bowl, he works hands-on with bowlers every day — giving him real insight into common challenges, equipment questions, and the techniques that help new players progress with confidence.
